Getting to the Heart of the Problem
To build a truly helpful solution, we first had to understand the real frustrations our users face every day.
A busy, tech-savvy professional in Jakarta needs a simple and trustworthy way to book high-quality pet grooming, because the current, fragmented process of manually researching groomers, dealing with inflexible schedules, and stressful city travel is incompatible with her demanding lifestyle.
The "What If" That Changed Everything
It all began with a simple question: "What if we could erase her biggest frustration?"
With Citra's frustrations at the center of our whiteboard, we explored every possible solution. Our exploration began with these focused questions:

- What if she could instantly access verified groomer profiles with transparent pricing?
- What if we could eliminate the stress and time of city travel?
- What if booking an urgent appointment was a matter of a few simple taps?
Fueled by these questions, our team generated a wide spectrum of solutions. These weren't just minor variations, but diverse approaches—from simple interface tweaks to entirely new service models—all aimed at finding the most effective ways to answer her challenges.
